Has climate change affected you? In what way do you see the world changing?

Nowadays, climate change has become an unavoidable topic. From rising temperatures, to stronger and more frequent storms, as well as melting ice caps, we hear that if we do not act now, many of the consequences will be irreversible. We live in a society where people have taken their own initiatives to fight climate change yet many are still looking for ways in which they can act. Everyone can contribute to the fight against climate change and we want to provide a platform to allow people to share about their initiatives and how others can follow in their footsteps.
